September 1, 2006 (Oromia) - The news from reliable sources in Jimma reported that a second explosive thrown to student dormitory of Jimma University has caused a serious damage on the university and the property of several Oromo students. It is reported that the Tigrean students took all of their property the night before and deliberately burned the dormitory of Oromo students together with all of their cloths and other property.
It is to be noted that the TPLF government throw explosive materials to public property in order to accuse and arrest the Oromo nationalists. Such burning of the property of Oromo people has a double purpose. 1) To weaken Oromia and the Oromo nation by destroying their property. 2) To get a pretext to arrest and torture Oromo Nationalists.
